Scientific research, innovation, and a knowledge-based economy.
Abstract:
Scientific research, innovation, and a knowledge-based economy are interconnected pillars of sustainable development. Research generates new knowledge, which drives innovation and leads to practical solutions and technologies. A knowledge-based economy relies on intellectual resources—like education and digital infrastructure—rather than physical assets. Together, they create a dynamic system that promotes growth, adaptability, and resilience in a rapidly changing world.
