Its publications are provided for all Book Fair visitors in electronic form via computers that available at its booth at the Fair. DAI representatives are also present at the Fair on daily basis to offer their assistance and to highlight the DAI Islamic artifacts to all visitors.
DAI is the most active Islamic art museum in the world. It held exhibitions in Russia, Britain, France, and Italy and received great public interest.
Dr. Khaled Azab, Head of the BA Central Projects and Services Sector, received the DAI publications, in Arabic and in English, that were generously offered to the BA. The donated publications are considered to be the most important book collection on Islamic art issued in partnership between DAI from Kuwait and the Smith and Hudson Publication House from New York, USA.
Upon the instructions of Dr. Ismail Serageldin, Director of the BA, BA publications will be donated to the DAI in appreciation of its participation in this year’s Book Fair and for its eminent role in sponsoring Islamic art around the world.
