The Bibliotheca Alexandrina, in cooperation with the Institut français d'Egypte, celebrated the International French Teachers’ Day, on Wednesday, 24 November 2021, in the BA Conference Center.

The celebration included a workshop entitled “Discovering the Non-verbal Power of Language in Distance Learning”, delivered by Ms. Sandrine Patt, specialist in human behavior analysis. About 50 French teachers from Port Said and Mansoura took part in the event.

The celebration also featured a panel discussion between principals of Francophone schools, together with a number of film screenings on the experiences of teachers and students with distance learning.

It is worth mentioning that this is the second year the Centre d’Activités Francophones (CAF) is celebrating the International French Teachers’ Day. The first celebration was held in 2019.
