Modern methods to manage libraries and information centers using Total Quality Management

Alexandria, 18 December 2005—The Bibliotheca Alexandrina is hosting a meeting to discuss the modern trends in the management of libraries and information centers in Arab Countries, 18-20 December 2005.
The meeting will shed light on several topics including the implementation of the concept of Total Quality Management, information management, and modern techniques in crisis management in libraries and information centers.
Participants include library and information centers specialists, as well as members of academia.
