Kavafia 2005 Musical Concert

Alexandria, 20 December 2005— In honor of one of the most prominent Greek poets, Constantine Cavafy, the Bibliotheca Alexandrina is hosting a1 musical concerts by the Orpheus Trio entitled “Wandering” and “The amulet”, on 21 December 2005. The concert is organized in cooperation between the Greek Embassy in Egypt and the Alexandria and Mediterranean Research Center of the Bibliotheca Alexandrina. The music celebration comes within the framework of the 9 th International Literature Symposium, taking place in Cairo, Egypt, from 19-22 December.
