Dr. Adel Abu Zahra’s Prize

The BA calls all Egyptian civil societies to apply for Dr. Adel Abu Zahra’s (the late Egyptian thinker) Prize. The prize is five thousand pounds given to civil society organizations serving in the following areas:
Environment preservation
Women empowerment
Freedom of expression and dialogue
Artistic creativity
All applicants should have served in overcoming hindrances in the above mentioned areas, or in implementing projects in the same areas for at least three years and in proposing new ideas in the same field.
Applicants should fill in the application form at the BA Public Relations Department no later than 15 January 2007.
