The BA Organizes the First Women Film Festival

Alexandria—the BA organizes during the period from 8-16 March 2007, the First Women Film Festival, on the occasion of the International Women's Day, 8 March. Egypt, Syria, Yemen, Tunisia, Afghanistan, Greece, New Zealand, Germany, France, and Denmark will participate in the festival.
The festival will be concluded on Friday, 16 March 2007, which is the Egyptian Women's Day, with a special celebration honoring Attyat El-Abnody, the renowned cinema director. The celebration will feature two documentaries: "Sandwich", 1975, 13 mins.; and "Possible Dreams", 1982, 27 mins.
