Adel Abou Zahra Award at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina

Alexandria, 27 January 2005—
The Bibliotheca Alexandrina invites Egyptian civil society
institutions and organizations to send in nominations for the Adel
Abou Zahra Award (five thousand Egyptian pounds). The Award is for
institutions and organizations, which within at least three years,
have projects that have helped promote or solve challenges faced in
the fields of:

- Environment protection
- Women empowerment and
rights’ protection
- Freedom of expression

Artistic creativity
Applicants are requested to fill and submit
the nomination form available at the Dialogue Forum, Bibliotheca
Alexandrina (contact details below).

applications is 20 February 2005.
