Visit by the Latvian Minister of Culture

Alexandria, 6 March 2005—A delegation, headed by the Minister of Culture of the Republic of Latvia, Helena Demakova, visited the Bibliotheca Alexandrina (BA), on 3 March 2005.
During the visit, the delegation members toured BA and were introduced to the services provided to its visitors. In addition, they visited BA’s affiliated research centers, museums and exhibitions.
